James F. Butler is a faculty advisor to students in the Master of Business Analytics program's Analytics Capstone class (15.089).

"James has more than 35 years of experience in IT product development. He started his career as a software developer, and currently serves as the part-time CTO of a Boston-based company. James received SB and SM degrees from MIT's Aeronautics and Astronautics department. He is an ASHRAE Fellow."
