Bill Garrett

Bill Garrett is currently serving as Senior Associate Dean and Chief Administrative Officer. His team’s priorities include advancing the school’s teaching and learning priorities through long term space planning and technology development; supporting the growing research portfolio administratively and financially, developing community and culture to achieve the objectives of the school; and improving business processes and technology infrastructure. All in the context of a sustainable long-term financial plan. 

Bill also served as the Executive Director of Human Resources for ten years at MIT Sloan, and prior to joining MIT Sloan, he held a number of senior human resource roles in organization and leadership development at Fidelity Investments and before that Bank of America. Bill holds a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and an MBA from Boston University.
