About

Caroline joined MIT REAP in 2024 with experience in managing international and professional development programs. Previously, she was the Senior Program Coordinator in the Division of Continuing Education at Harvard where she facilitated the delivery of Professional & Executive Development programs for business leaders across various industries. Prior to that, she worked in the Center for Development & Entrepreneurship at MIT as the Program Coordinator for Fellowships & Global Initiatives where she supported initiatives focusing on accelerating innovation ecosystems in growth markets.

Caroline holds an MSEd in higher education and student affairs and a BA in mathematics from Baylor University.
