MIT Executive MBA

Women in the MIT Executive MBA

The MIT Executive MBA is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all of our students by cultivating a community that embraces diversity and empowering everyone to learn and do their best at MIT.

Our program creates opportunities for networking, learning, and growing as principled innovative leaders, thus tackling the longstanding issue of global inequality. Students are invited to join the MIT EMBA Women's Committee, where they're motivated to create programming around women's issues. Past events include faculty dinners and speaker sessions.

In the MIT EMBA, you gain not only a transcendent education, but also build a strong community of female leaders and allies ready to tackle issues head-on.

MIT is a place that doesn't try to mold everyone to look the same—doesn't try to create a certain type of leader. That really resonated with me.
