About

As Director of Financial Administration and Operations at MIT Sloan Global Programs (GP), Jacqueline is responsible for streamlining fiscal disciplines and optimizing operational processes across the department. In this role, she manages the operations team and leads initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the office’s global portfolio.

Jacqueline is an experienced events and program manager with more than a decade of expertise in executing large-scale conferences globally. In addition to managing events at GP, she was responsible for the development and execution of strategic collaborations with global academic institutions and partners.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Summa Cum Laude, from Boston University, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Communications from Harvard Extension School.
