The MIT Sloan – MIT Center for Real Estate (CRE) Real Estate Lab (RE-Lab) is an immersive and hands-on course designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, site visits, and field-based projects, students will gain practical insights into real estate development, investment, financing, and management. RE-Lab will cover key topics such as market analysis, property valuation, urban planning, sustainable development, and emerging trends in the real estate market.
Course objectives
